You can book your visit to all Jocotoco’s reserves e-mailing to email@example.com. Jocotours requires a 50% down payment at least 60 days before your visit in order to confirm reservations, and the remaining 50% at least 30 days before passengers’ arrival. The advance will allow us to secure your booking. If you have not paid your down payment, Jocotours will make use of your pre-booked places for other clients that did so.

Our operations can be seriously affected if you cancel you booking near your arrival date. We understand that late cancellations are often caused by significant problems; nonetheless, Jocotours will already cover costs of food procurement, personnel hiring and mobilization to the Reserve. Cancelling will leave our lodges unoccupied, when other clients might have used them owing to our 60-day pre-booking plicy (this often occurs during the high season). Hence, we kindly as you to notify your cancellation (if needed) at least 30 days before arriving. Jocotours will try to be as flexible as possible according to particular circumstances, but we hold the rights to establish the following cancellation costs:
- 30 days: no penalties
- 21 days: 20% penalty
- 14 dayd: 50% penalty
- Less than 100% penalty
